Five checks for your next invoice

A few minutes with your invoice and your records can help you spot details worth a second look.

  1. Check the basics

Review your business details, invoice number and date. Make sure the invoice is going to the right person or payment contact.

  2. Match the time

Compare service dates and hours with your records of the support actually delivered. Check for duplicate entries.

  3. Review the rate

Check the agreed rate and any applicable current NDIS pricing rules. Do not assume the maximum price is your agreed rate.

  4. Review the support item

Make sure the description and item used reflect the support delivered. If unsure, clarify rather than guessing.

  5. Match your records

Keep the invoice and supporting records organised so you can explain the entries if asked.
